Patricia Chandirasegar is an Operating Director at Netage Inc. - a networking company for Cisco. She has worked there for more than fifteen years and developed close relationships with local government counties and community banks.  Patricia also had an active role in creating the Tamil Mandram here in Jacksonville.  She served as President of the organization for a year and Vice President for three years.  In addition, Patricia has also been a part of the Indo-US Executive Committee in the past and is very excited to be back again this year. A loving wife and proud mother - she has two sons and one daughter.

Sanjeev Sinha is an Application Delivery Manager at Keane. He has a BE in Mechanical Engieering from RIT Jamshedpur.  He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL.   Sanjeev has a strong track record in Global Delivery and high offshore based projects. He has handled some of the most challenging projects using Global Delivery. He has been active in cultural activities in Jacksonville for last twelve years and has served on the working committee of the Indian Cultural Society of Jacksonville.  Sanjeev lives in Mandarin with his wife Shabnam and two sons - Saumya and Shashwat.

Nag Ravichandran is a medical doctor specializing in Internal Medicine. He has been a resident in Jacksonville for over 14years with a successful private practice. He manages a group practice and serves in various positions on hospital committees. He is an Alumni of UNF, graduating with an MBA as well as being recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Ravichandran is an active member of the Hindu Society, the Indian Medical Forum and also served as President of Tamil Mandram.  He is proud to provide free medical care at "We Care Clinic."

Greg Sheppard is a management and technology consulting leader with nearly 25 years of experience.  During his career, he has led global and national Supply Chain and IT practices and worked with clients across the DOD industry.  His international experience includes Canada, Latin America and Asia.  Prior to his appointment at Keane, Mr. Sheppard held leadership positions with Neptune Orient Lines, APL Logistics, Lockheed Martin and Columbia Research Corp.  He is currently responsible for global delivery and cultivating client relationships. Greg is passionate about community service and developing future leaders.  He volunteers for several local organizations including the North Florida Council Boy Scouts of America. In 2009,  Baker County recognized him with their Community Volunteer Service Award.

Fred Pragasam is a faculty member of the Coggin College of Business at UNF. He teaches International Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and other Management subjects. He is also responsible for the Coggin College of Business International Business, Marketing and Management Internship programs. Dr. Pragasam recieved the Undergraduate Teacher of the Year award in 2007. In addition, he was a Faculty advisor to the student group SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) and was involved in implementing several community projects to promote the concept of Free Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. He was also elected to SIFE Hall of Fame in 2009.  Prior to his educational career, he worked for the Ford Motor Company in their international Division for 17 years.

Aruna Motko has been living in Jacksonville since 2003. Originally from Ohio, she obtained her undergraduate degree in Finance and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).  Hetal Gandhi is a Jacksonville native who is proud to be back in her hometown following a 10-year career as a television news reporter. You may recall seeing her on WJXT - Channel 4 before she moved on to work at NBC in Miami and CBS in Tampa.  She returned to Jacksonville last year to become a Documentary Producer for Video Law Services.  Hetal says it is an honor to continue her work as a victim's advocate. She is passionate about community service and is currently a Big Brothers Big Sisters Mentor and a 2010 Single Greatest Night Honoree.

Satish Baddam has been a Pharmacy Manger for more than eight years and is currently working with Winn-Dixie on Jacksonville's westside. He moved from New York after completing his Masters in Pharmaceutics from Long Island University and has a Bachelors in Pharmacy from Kakatiya University in India. Satish is interested in opening his own Pharmacy in an effort to better serve the Jacksonville community. Krishna Kumar (KK) Venkatrama is a Data Architect with Blue Cross Blue Shield, where he has worked for the past three years.  He is the current President of the Indian Cultural Soceity of Jacksonville.  As the chief coordinator, he ensures that the ICS events are well organized. He also brings a new vision for how to improve benefits for members.  In addition to ICS, Krishna is also involved in various community events in Jacksonville.  He is a sports enthusiast who enjoys cricket, volleyball, trekking and motorbiking - making him the perfect fit for his leadership position with Indo-US.

Kumaresh Ramachandria is the Senior Manager of Business Solutions with Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He has 16 years of experience in the IT industry.
