Manjunath “MJ” Charmani, is a Manager at Accenture, working in Global Cloud Apps and Platforms Group. Prior to his position at Accenture, MJ held leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies like Oracle, Compaq and Hewlett-Packard and worked at Florida Blue. MJ served as Chairman of the Diversity Resource Group for Florida Blue for which he won the National Recognition and Mark of Distinction Award. In 2011, recognizing his accomplishments, MJ was invited to the White House by President Obama to celebrate Asian- American Heritage Month including a leadership briefing. In 2012, Jacksonville Business Journal chose him for their “Jacksonville’s 40 Under 40 - Class of 2012” list, which honors Northeast Florida’s brightest and most-promising professionals. Karen Barnes is the VP of Corporate Relations for Information Technology and Life Sciences for the Indo US Chamber of NE Florida. She is currently the Business Development Manager for Genuent IT Staffing. Karen is a Jacksonville native and a 4th generation military Veteran. While serving in the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Corp, she graduated from the University of California in Santa Cruz with a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies. She has been involved in several creative, economic development efforts, including Jacksonville Fashion Week, The First Wednesday Art Walk, Jazz in June and The Jacksonville Film Festival.
